Chris was absolutely amazing! I went through so many problems with other companies, then I was referred to Chris. I would’ve been screwed without the help from him! This was my first time going this Mortage process, he explained everything step by step and helped me understand things. He was with me from start to finish with my loan! He always kept me posted on things through out the process of things. I would give him more stars then 5 if I could!

Kelly Ann is a BOSS! She comes out of the gate ready to get you reapproved and all of your documents in so they can be reviewed quickly. I felt overwhelmed with this at first but it made me less stressed when it came time to put an offer in and then seal the deal. It was smooth sailing and I didn't have to worry that a document would be holding up the closing. Alan was such a pleasure to work with! This was my husbands and I first home buying experience together and it was so stress free. Alan answered every single question we had, and made the process so easy we thought something was wrong. He gave us different options when necessary and reached out multiple times through the process to make sure we were still hanging in there okay (home buying apparently is chaotic!). I began working with Chris in early September 2022, after finding a condo I wanted, within 20 days I closed and had moved in. This guy's work ethic is off the charts, I couldn't believe how easy, fast and effortless he made me feel during this stressful time. I wouldn't EVER worked with anyone else when purchasing. I would get texts, phone calls and emails almost daily with updates. Anytime I had any questions he gave me direct and clear answers.
