She began our process by making sure we were knowledgeable about how the loan process would go and kept us updated every step of the way. I highly recommend you look for Joel Razo if you are a first time home buyer. Joel is an outstanding loan officer. He is willing to understand your situation and willing to go the extra mile to help you get the home of your dream. You can contact him day and night ,I don't matter . My relationship with Michael continues! I wrote a review for him when we had a previous situation back in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. We were able to close on-time, with a rate at or lower than quoted initially, with money at the closing table at or less than expected.
