Chris is very knowledgeable about his career. He walks you through every step, explains what is happening and why. He is there anytime you have a question. He is fast! Although there seemed to be a lot of hoops Adam had to jump through to get my loan closed out, he got the job done. He was very helpful and informative. As a first time home buyer he made things very easy and had a answer for the million questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone.

I thought it was strange when my phone rang less than a minute after I filled out a pre-approval application. I was then transferred to Steven who absolutely did a wonderful job. He told me what to expect and kept in constant contact even in the evenings and on some weekend days. It's never fun but between his very high level of customer service and ease of uploading documentation, I am not sure it could have gone any more smoothly. Grayson is very good at his job! I was buying my first home and didn’t know much about the process. Grayson was able to guide us through every step and teach us along the way. Chris was amazing from beginning to end great communication the entire time. Chris was able to an extremely hard loan to close that other lenders couldn’t. Never had to make phone calls to find out what was going on he was always on top of the loan. I would highly recommend Chris as your lender.
