He was efficent, very knowledgable, guided us through the process by explaining the documentation requirements as we progressed. I felt my loan experienced was very talored to me. Yes! There IS GOING to be a lot of paperwork, but if you trust the process and gather what is asked for, it goes very smoothly! First off I got quotes from two major lenders before deciding to go with Kyle from Liberty Home Mortgage. One major lender was 3.5%APR and the other was 3.25%APR. My buddy told me to get quote from Kyle because he would probably beat it & to be honest I assumed he was not going to be able to but I was wrong.
