Being a first time home buyer is very scary, but to do it durning a pandemic made it a little more nerve racking but David was there every step of the way throughout the entire process and always answered my questions when I any immediately! When I first applied I didn't know what I was getting myself into but when Chris got ahold of me he answered every question I had. I would call me with basic questions and he would really explain in detail things I wasn't comprehending. He was there for the whole process and our process wasn't a smooth one. The transaction went smoothly, and I was informed every step of the way. Everything is going exactly as stated. It was easy to fax, email, and scan documents and attach to emails sent to him. He responded to my every question in a timely fashion. I was not held up waiting for a response. I would recommend him and Krystal highly. They seem to have an impressive team that works together.

This was my 3rd property acquisition and Kate went above and beyond to get my loan done. We ran into several obstacles with me being self employed and then with COVID-19 happening. I had also been denied previously by Keybank even with my strong financial profile and very strong credit score.
