Great customer service Went in as a first time medical patient and all of the staff were very helpful.
555 Joint is OFF THE CHARTS Can’t say enough good things about the Libra crew and all the employees, but was lucky enough to run into Chris K. In PD who turned me on to this 555 joint. I usually go for Farmer and the Felon or loudpack pre rolls, but this 555 was next level. Great slow, even burn, long lasting (actually put it out half way), and the flavor was awesome. I’m a heavy smoker and this got me GOOD. I’m hoping to see more in the next time cause I think I’ve found my New favorite pre roll!! Thank you Chris!

Awesome shop with great employees I've been coming to libra for a good while now and I just have to say I love the vibe this place gives off. It has a great selection of product without it being overwhelming and the layout of the shop makes for a simple yet emersive experience. To add the employees are always friendly and helpful. My two favorite being Chris, one of the managers, and Robert, one of the bud tenders. Two great employees for a great shop. Love libra its and all around awesome shop
Excellent customer service My and Sergio gave me excellent customer service tonight!!!!! They made sure the got me just what I was looking for and between 8-9pm I got the happy hour discount. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend stopping by this shop :-D

Unbelievable I’ve been goin here for years. Ppl deserve to know how great they are. They have reward points, deals like normal spots but the customer service I get is incredible. I had one of the worst days. I went in. They went above and beyond to help me.
