The procedure is quick approximately 5 min. The sales pitch to purchase a 5-year plan took much longer.

Hard sell; she was trying to push a $10,000.00 package for 25 minutes. The test is only 5 minutes
There were strings attached and it was really a chance to upsell. Kind of gimmicky and felt pressured to spend thousands of dollars on what was an $80 groupon. Luckily, they caught that vibe from me and moved on... but I think for others it could lead them to getting in way over their head.
