Kim and Chloe were very helpful, very nice ladies. The only problem I have is the rate increase is which has nothing to do with them. Other then that great service and very informative.

A great, personal experience This was my first time renting a storage unit and I was in a bit of a rush to reserve and begin moving in due to unforeseen circumstances around the holiday. The store Manager was so flexible, friendly, and really went beyond to help me. She gave me a tour, answered questions, and guided me through the process to finish the reservation once I was at the store. It was a GREAT overall experience!!!
Clean, easy to navigate, friendly staff, but long process Only negative part of my experience was the PCs. The process that normally takes 10 min to complete and secure my unit took over an hour due to both of their computers crashing at least 4 times.
