The overall experience was great. I got a follow-up call from the facility on western/Shubert. The young lady was courteous, professional,informative. When l found a larger space @ #481for a good price l was initially quite impressed with Sandy's customer service skills , vibe etc etc. l. Great customer service Super clean, friendly service, nice in allows free use of very nice large but drivable moving van. Carts available for use is a nice plus!
