I recently rented a unit, and there was a little mix up between myself and another customer (no fault of Life Storage). Kristen and Anne were the employees that helped me resolve the issue quickly, both women were extremely kind, helpful and understanding and I appreciate them going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely and professional fashion. Great place, great people
Had to make some changes to my account that could not be done online. Reached out to the site and spoke with Kristin, who could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Kristen and Jay are extremely helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The storage units are also clean with easy access. It was the most reasonably priced, however they double the price overnight. We were given a few days notice the the price for our unit would increase 90%. We had a very simple 5'×10' unit. The only thing that changed is the new facility down the road opened and charged more, so I guess they could. RIDICULOUS
Very smooth transition both moving storage in and out. Staff is very pleasant, helpful and friendly. They keep it well maintained. Overall very positive experience and would definitely use them again if needed.
