On 5/26/23 I was assisted by Dawn B at the 521 Young St Tonawanda NY location and was provided 5 star customer service Dawn was very polite and professional she took the time to show me to my unit and had me on my way in about 15 mins. I've been a Life Storage customer off and on since 2016 and every rep has been pleasant to work with.
I received fast, friendly and excellent service on yesterday at the location on Jefferson highway in Baton Rouge, La. The person waiting on us was Brandon Washington. Again, he did an excellent job of helping us choose a unit, going over the paperwork and explaining the price and monthly payment. Brandon also walked us back to the unit and explained the lock and key process. He also engaged us in great conversation while we were being waited on. We left there feeling like we had just had a great experience!
Clean, convenient and secure storage facility. The personnel, Maurice and Nicky, were knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. A+ in all regards!

I contacted the facility located at 2122 Colvin Blvd, Tonawanda, NY and was assisted by Doug, the Manager. I explained to him that this was my first time renting a storage unit and some of the items I would be storing. He kindly explained to me all of my options and suggested a Unit size. Doug was such a kind man. He told us all about the construction of the new facility and personally showed us to our storage space. The facility is spotless and all is well organized. I would highly recommend this property and Life Storage. This is our second year with the company and we are very pleased.
