Perfect experience thus far Was really nervous going into getting a unit but the process was painless and has been super easy
Clean and helpful They were friendly and helpful, providing all the info about the facility. It was clean & the dollies they had were good. We reserved one size of storage unit, and they were able to look at our items to let us know if it would fit. They said it wouldn't go in the 5x10, which is true, but did estimate a little big (10x10) on the unit we needed instead (they have sizes in between this). the special that i was quoted did not change. easy check in The location was very clean and the person who assisted was knowledgable of her position and answered all the questions that we had. She was willing to go above and beyond to show us the different units available and was not in a rush to get us to leave do to the fact that we came right before closing.
Pretty new facility right off of the 202. Had a decent experience moving in, except they cannot accept e-mailed proof of insurance, so I had to pay extra for the first month.
