I enjoyed the interactive nature of the class. Its Christian based so I love that we started in prayer and ended in prayer. I love that we learned biblical based principles. The leader also made it so easy to understand and follow along. The leader and coaches all shared their stories that gave me confidence that I too can do it. I cant wait to start this journey and make an impact to the kingdom.
