Being a prior patient, I called and got in right away with an emergency. But from the time I walked in the door, I noticed things were not the same. Sandy had always taken care of things for me, but she no longer was working there. She treated me with compassion and was so helpful. She had worked there for a long time, and now nothing was going like she done things. No compassion, no one was friendly, and it's as if they were after how much money they could get out of me. I find your receptionist answer the phone to reschedule apts to be very unprofessional and lack of concern....Not only did she not offer to reschedule my apt. She didnt mind that I said I will just take my whole family somewhere else!!! Not the treatment I expected from Lifesmile Dental.....

Unfortunately my husband understood he had an appointment for a filling that would cost under $100.00. When he got there he was told the total would be almost $300.00. He needed the filling so paid it. He should have left instead of coming home with us both unhappy with the bill.
