Therapist didn’t listen to me. I repeatedly told him I could not hear him when he spoke but he made no effort to speak up louder and continued to mumble. I was given an appointment for a psychiatrist and then it got cancelled. I called to get another appointment and was offered one 2 hours away. I was not willing to drive 2 hours to see someone who might be able to help me. When trying to call the office to cancel I was not happy with the autovoice machine.
