The online booking was easy. My first meeting with the therapist was knowledge, and Informative. She was very professional. You couldn't ask for anyone better. Looking forward to seeing her again.
The booking process at LifeStance is relatively straightforward, however checking in for each appointment is tedious and time consuming since it requires you to enter basic info every time you start a new appointment. I wish that info would be saved.
Kristi Sook is great!! Really listens and hears what you say. Makes you feel like a person, not a number being run through a mill. A++
