Very professional, great communication from staff, and my doctor has been a tremendous and attentive help. I would highly recommend them.

My therapist is great but the website is clunky and doesn’t allow us to book. Sometimes they will respond to messages and sometimes they won’t. If I leave a voicemail, I don’t always get a response. Your video conferencing platform is atrocious because it doesn’t pass high quality video and the video and audio are sometimes delayed.

After two years of being a patient I was told I could no longer use their services because the providers don't accept Medicare which is only my secondary insurance and had always been on my record there. So for all that time I was a patient with medicare. I really liked Dr. Whelan but I am no longer allowed to see him and must find a new psychiatrist. BS!!!
