From the beginning of the call I made seeking a therapist I was treated with respect. I requested a Nurse Practitioner and I was able to receive a Nurse Practitioner who is very professional and knowledgeable about mental illness and she is empathic, able to communicate clearly,explain why she is recommending specific treatment intrerventions for my depression including specific medication and listened to my concerns Luann Watts is my Nurse Practitioner and she knows antidepressant medication very well and I feel safe taking... read more
I’ve been a patient for many years. My relationship with Jim Loree has created a safe place where I can become more self aware without fear. That knowledge has been transferred to my family and is available to us. It is, I believe, the highest achievement of any provider can manage. Dr. Yousif is great!! He listens to me. The desk staff has been great for me as well.
Their approach allows you to find someone who has background specially with any given struggle you may have. The flexibility with video call appointments is always a plus. I never thought therapy would be right for me; I had tried it in the past and it never really seemed to help, but things were different here. The focus seemed genuinely on my wellbeing
