Dinah Westgate, MSW, is one of the best therapists I have ever had. She's kind, caring, and compassionate. When we have conversations about how my life is going, she doesn't hesitate to ask a pertinent question or to clarify something I said. And, I love that she will book 2 or 3 appointments in the future, assuring me that I can book the date and time I want. Making my multitude of appointments easier to handle. Kudos, Dinah!!!!!

I am absolutely well pleased with Luann Watts. She is the best person that I have ever had to actually listen to my words and then help me to deal with the situation to obtain the best outcome that can be had at the time. It's always a very comfortable, pleasant environment. Very clean and the people are kind and helpful. I find peace there.

Great service, staff is friendly and helpful getting started and setup and Dawn Smith, my provider, (one of many) is amazing! She listens and is very knowledgeable. So glad I chose to finally get the services I needed to have quality back in my life.

I called Life Stance looking for a therapist. I have Medicare. Everywhere else and all other therapeutic it’s did not take Medicare. Life Stance does. I also needed to do nline visits as I live rurally. I was given an appointment for 8 days later and needed to fill out forms online. I called day of my appointment to make sure I knew what I was doing to start my appointment online and the person I talked to was very friendly. I have been to many mental health professionals throughout my life. I feel that I have had the most progress with Dr Meland and James Loree at LifeStance. I highly recommend them to improve your quality of life. They have helped me in many ways including understanding my own perspective, emotions and how I fit into my own life role. I have had a very positive experience with them.
