It took me awhile to make my first appointment because of my own fears but I am so glad I did. My visit with Gladys Kuik was absolutely amazing. I was very anxious before and in the beginning of my appointment because of my anxiety but felt a lot better after speaking with her. She was very attentive to my needs, she made me feel more comfortable. She allowed me to answer all of her questions and give extra feedback. I cannot believe how welcome the first initial call was from Victoria! She asked questions and paried me perfectly with a psychiatrist right away! My Doctor has been supportive and most outgoing! Highly recommend them to friends and family!

Hands down lifestance therapists in psychologists is one of the best options I've made in my mental health journey. They're kind, courteous, an extremely compassionate. They have helped me thrive in my everyday life. if I ever recommended a place to person to go for therapy for a good head doc; this would be the place I recommend. One of the best places I've ever been to. They accept every form of insurance.
