I have had very positive experiences with LifeStance. This includes in person and virtual care. Just recently I had to change providers due to my original provider leaving the practice. She worked with me to find the best match for my needs. This process was done smoothly and professionally. I highly recommend LifeStance.
Everyone is extremely pleasant and eager to help out in every way. I have experienced nothing but respect and kindness to my situation. My psychiatrist has been amazing and very understanding and supportive with all visits. Highly recommend
My son urgently needed to get a hold of his prescriber (Crystal Redfield) because the pharmacy did not have his meds in stock and couldn’t transfer the script. He called and messaged, when he finally got a response 2 days later she sent him a rude and snarky response saying she was off Friday- Monday. He had no other option but to reach out to her via the portal, that is what the pharmacy recommended. My son called Walgreens on Friday 5/23/25 about his prescription and they were out of stock. He called and portal messaged his provider, Amber Redfield, multiple times about sending his prescription to a pharmacy that had it in stock but she never responded and now he has to go 3 days without his Vyvanse medication because it’s a 3 day weekend because of Memorial Day and he has a job interview on Monday morning. We called the after hours number for LifeStance and were told they have no way to contact a provider after hours.... read more
I actually do my appointments by video, because I live far off. So all my booking for these online appointments are done online and/or over the phone. All the preparations have been Very streamline and smooth. They are very efficient about sending the necessary online links to my phone, which makes everything so much more efficient and easy to follow up on. I've never liked having to deal with pre recorded phone answering services because it is slow and inconvenient. So because Lifestance has streamlined everything to there... read more
