Everything was so easy. Filled Everything out online. Then arrived to office and from the second you walk in its a calm environment & the waiting room is so comfortable. Then Mary Finker called me back. She was so welcoming. Her office was so comfortable & relaxed. Loved Mary and felt heard & cared about. Cannot wait for our next visit.
I participate in Telehealth therapy services with Marissa Penn. Telehealth can be intimidating. Marissa finds a way to connect despite the lack of proximity. I appreciate her energy. She has a pretty substantial toolbox and is experienced with many modalities like Resource Tapping and EMDR. Love the way she provides the WHY behind the modalities she recommends. Mary Grace Finker is so understanding and listens to every single word that is said and takes into perspective and truly cares. You have the best psychiatrist there in your office and her name is MARY GRACE FINKER!!. Thank you for putting her in my life!! Give that woman a raise!!
Update: they called and the provider was willing to waive the fee. (I didn’t ask them to.) I appreciate it, and hopefully this review can warn others about the possibilities. I’m still not likely to return. My primary care doctor suggested this place for a possible ADHD diagnosis. I had one appointment and scheduled my next appt in office. I was unable to make that appt so I called and cancelled with plenty of heads up. All was well. I called on a Tuesday at almost 4pm to reschedule that appt. Nothing but an unprofessional, money hungry, thieving medical corporation. Learn from me and do some more research to find actual professionals. Just to start off, the cancelation fee is $100 dollars… A 1 hour consultation that my psychiatrist was 15 minutes late to ran me over $300 dollars. I was scheduled to come back for a quick follow up which I thought would be included with the first payment.
