Verified Renter Been at Lifestyle for a short period but it has been great! The location is perfect and near everything plus the noise level is minimal to almost nonexistent. Neighbors are nice and quiet, garbage area is kept decent, and my family is loving it here!

Verified Renter Lifestyle at the Bay is a great community to live in. The community is extremely quiet and very clean. The staff is great and very responsive to your needs. I highly recommend Lifestyle. A 6 year resident!!
Greedy New Ownership Very Nice place to live! Great Property Manager and good responsive maintenance! Our Town home was updated before we moved in and we love it. Have nice area for my small kids to play. But unfortunately two steep rent water and trash increases in the past two years is forcing us to move as it has with a lot of our neighbors. It’s to bad they don’t take into consideration what people are dealing with with this crazy inflation on everything.

Great Place! Lived here for 3 years. The property is a little dated, but they are making improvements and the office staff are AWESOME. Very responsive and always kind. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice quiet place!!!

Experience at Ashton Bay I love the peace and quiet at my new place. Walls are pretty thick, so you hardly hear any noise. Neighbors are kind and keep it to themselves. Robin, who works at the apartment office is extremely helpful and readily available whenever you need her. I recommend anyone to stay at Ashton bay. It's even perfect if your planning to be on your own and have your first place or better yet as a couple. I really wish I could've moved here a long time ago.
Ms. Maria A Calloway I have a townhome. Two large bedrooms with a large eat in kitchen. This unit has a washroom and hardwood floors. It is usually quiet and property management will fix things ASAP. There is only one problem that I have had to deal with and that is ants. However they are spraying for those as well. I am extending my lease so I hope I win..!!!
