The equipment looks good and they took care not to damage my roof. So far I am very satisfied. They showed up as promised and communicated with me on each. step of the process.
Arrived on time, did what they said and did a good job.
They were very professional and did an AMAZING job!!! This is a company I would trust to do work for us again.
Lifetime Solar said they would pick up the warranty of my system since Daybreak solar is no longer in business. I was promised a lot of support from Daybreak that never happened. The only good outcome from my solar panels has came from Lifetime Solar. They stepped up to honor Daybreaks commitment. Lifetime Solar also said they would monitor my system and keep me aware of its efficiency. Not every company would take on another companies responsibility. Lifetime Solar installed my system and did an excellent job.
Good communication and clean install. They call whenever there is an issue with my system which is really nice.
I bought 2 systems from Daybreak Solar in October 2022. Lifetime Solar picked up the contract for the install of the systems. Lifetime Solar kept us informed of the status of permits, and once that phase was complete delivery and install was professionally done on both systems. Daybreak Solar dropped the ball on my second system for a connection permit and that delayed activation for about 30 days. Both systems ran for 7 months with no issues. I had a solar inverter go out. Customers should be prepared to follow-up on every step of the installation/initializing the operation process with a text or call, or for any other service call. Their follow-up communication with us was almost nonexistent, and even when the onsite service person made a commitment, it required another follow-up call or text from us before any action was taken. I am like ****** and several others. System installed in June and still no final inspection and not on line. Have made many phone calls but no answer or call back on messages. Sales person I dealt with no longer with company. County inspectors were here to house and couldn’t finalize as proper paper work not supplied by Lifetime solar employees. Inspector talked to company and after some words lifetime hung up on inspector. That’s good customer service . Right?
Can’t get any answers for solar not very good communication won’t return phone calls been trying for over a month results
