RecommendedIn 2014 the transmission in my truck went out. I have had previous experience with other transmission companies and found them to be less than honorable. After hearing ads for OK Transmissions and their lifetime guarantee I checked them out with the BBB. Their reviews were mostly good (always a bad apple). Worst warranty in the business and they half ass shit. Apparently putting in driveshaft bolts and making a trans that lasts more than 30k miles is too much to ask. Better off with an LKQ special.

Hi Zach, according to your file, this was a truck you had put over sized tires and a tuner on and we could not warranty the damage it caused, as expressed in the paper work you signed. There is no mention of anything loose in the customer complaint, just that is was driven until it wouldn't move. That is certainly something we would address with our staff. RecommendedMy 2019 Toyota Sienna’s transmission was totally destroyed due to an error on my part. An expensive lesson was learned. The vehicle had approximately 9,000 miles on it. Shortly after purchase, I had a Remote Start System installed on it. Mistake #1. The installation was incorrect and resulted in my transmission being destroyed. Mistake #2. the work they done seemed good. but the work they did should not have been done. misdiagnosed the problem I have. nothing they did fixed my problem. then the did work that u did not approve then to do then they said the would refund the labor for that and even put it on the receipt but still charged me for it after I left.
Absolutely the worst transmission company I've ever done business with. I traveled 45 minutes to this company based on their adds. Back in July I chose them because of their promise to get my WORK TRUCK back to me quickly. Well I had my 2 week National Guard training, so perfect timing right? had my truck a week bought a used part put it in there didn't last until I got home. I called and told them they said bring it back. I said why would I bring it back when you had it a week you couldn't get it right the first time
