He explained all the details very thoroughly, even he needed to come back the 2nd times after several weeks to close the deal. I did not feel, I was being pressure on the 1st visit. Very pleasant and will do business again to replace the windows in the near future.

We had all of our windows replaced with this company in August of 2020 and couldn't be more pleased. The entire process from bid to measuring, ordering and installation was terrific with great communication, deadlines met, clean hassle-free window replacement and great people. We have a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next owner so all of our worries have been addressed at a fraction of the cost of some other window companies. I LOVE my new windows and doors! The process was very straightforward and pretty painless. Everyone that I had contact with was very professional, from the salesman, office to contractors. My windows and doors were installed within the scheduled timeframe and the contractors were very friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and all my neighbors commented on how good they looked as well.
Windows were delivered on time and the guys installing were excellant. When they were done u couldnt tell they were there. The price, quality and service have been a pleasure.

From start to finish the project was stress free. We got our in home estimate scheduled in one day, was approved for financing, and had the measurements taken and the windows ordered all in less than 10 days. Everything went as we were told it would. All communication was clear and timely. Every person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable.
