Update to this review: Lifetime came out and fixed the issue with the spray foam. Jon Stone was super friendly and completed the cleaning. It looks amazing and we are super happy with the outcome. I had lifetime install new Infinity from Marvin windows and they are beautiful! I needed a small adjustment with my patio doors and called for service. Clark was great in finding a time that worked with my schedule. The service tech, Darian, called me prior to the appointment to let me know he was on his way. Such an amazing experience with lifetime windows from start to finish ! We had multiple quotes from several other companies and it almost felt like we were being scammed. Sat down with Krista at lifetime and she explained everything to us in detail and didn't charge us half the cost of these other companies. The installers were very clean and friendly, kept us up to date the entire process and really went above and beyond even replacing a few windows seals that weren't in our quotes ! We ordered a sliding glass door with a dog door. The day after the installation was an extremely windy day. The flaps on the dog door did not move at all. Super pleased with this purchase.
