We are happy with our installation. I did have to follow up and stay on them about getting an install date but everyone is very courteous and professional.
The product looks great. The scheduling process could have been better. On several days there was no one on the crew who spoke English, and we never had any idea when they were coming next.

It was very smooth and they went out of their way to make sure that I had everything that I needed and they walked me through all of the options. They had excellent customer service and the install crew was absolutely phenomenal. They were very polite and courteous and mindful of everything in the house....
Overall a pleasant experience. Highlights included giving us a generous refund when we realized the wrong color was installed (white instead of light beige). We also noticed a scratch/crack in one of the windows and arrangements were made for its replacement.
They did a fantastic job! I was really happy with the work they did! Their crew was really good and considerate!
