My physician Dr Zhu, has a one size fits all mentality, where my concerns were never truly addressed or taken seriously, I severely struggle with ADHD and I wanted to make positive changes in my life, but my provided physician made that incredibly difficult at every turn. Bottom Line: The people at the front desk are wonderful, my provider was unresponsive, and the medical team was rude and inept. If you're curious for more detail read on. The medical team assisting the providers (Jill C.) did not want to help, did not listen to me, and is not smart. Why would she wait a week before I run out of pills to alert the provider for my medication refill - especially when it's a mail order pharmacy?
