From the initial contact, to shopping the policy to the final close their communication and explanations were excellent. In particular ******* my primary contact, was friendly, courteous and very organized as she led me through the relatively complex completion of the necessary documents and approval process. I owned a universal life policy on my life that was becoming increasingly expensive as I aged and I decided to abandon it. Before I did I called Lighthouse to determine if it had value given that the cash value was near zero. These people were marvelous! Instead of surrendering and getting nothing, Lighthouse arranged a sale where they wired money directly into my account. I found them absolutely honest and trustworthy.
