Best customer service I received from a storage company and April made that happen. She helped me with all my packing needs and on top of that reasonably priced. April was most helpful explaining all the details I needed to know. I definitely will be returning for any of my packing needs. Thanks again April, you were great!
Outstanding Location.. Very clean and well maintained facility. The staff''s knowlege of their location, Expertise and true catering about clients is an example of how ALL Self Storage facilities should be run. The lighthouse storage has been like my second home . The fees are less than my mortgage payments and that is what I like. Sandi
Manager charged me for a unit, later when I returned to start putting my things in the door was locked from the inside. They could not find a key to open it. A week later, I was finally able to get access. When I went back to ask the manager to change the dates and charges to my credit card to reflect when I could get in the unit, the manager April refused ! She charged me for the week I was locked out. That is THEFT, and I have turned this matter over to the local Better Business Bureau.
While the advertise a 30' secured space for RV's, the fact is that it's a parking lot that they own along side of their secured property. That lot is secured with an electronic keypad and heavy gates. The other lot is a chain link fence, open until 10:00 pm, no security guard or cameras (or at least I didn't see them! Looks like a scrap/junk car yard. On a positive note, the property manager is a wonderful lady, polite, efficient and honest! Regardless, I definitely don't recommend your parking your expensive RV here
@Wally We never physically moved in the space and we called 4 days later to cancel. We were told by your employee they have closed our account and a manager would work out the reimbursement if any. We called several times but no answer from any manager as they stated corp would be contacting us. That is the reason we contacted amex after 30 days. If you want to resolve this issue lets take care of it once and for all. Lets resolve this for 50% and close this ordeal.

Hello Robert, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We did look into your ledger and it shows you did store with us for about a week and moved out on November 18th. Unfortunately, as specified in your lease agreement, we would only prorate your rent for move-outs done prior to the 10th of the month. Since you moved out after November 10th, rent must be paid for all of November. For any questions, please reference your signed lease agreement. You can also call our district manager for further details at 888-926-8145.
Do yourself a favor and avoid moving into this place! While renting at this facility? I had to deal with Homeless people living out of their Unit, leaving garbage outside of their storage unit and had to also deal with Cockroaches crawling the area too. I also had to deal with a broken door to the storage building I had my unit located in...it was broken for 3+ months which prevented me from accessing my storage unit during the hours listed at the facility. I've been using this facility for 3 years now, and can only express great things! The staff is above par, and the units are clean and safe! I highly recommend this storage facility. In light of hurricane Irma, I needed an additional unit. This experience was not as pleasant. Let's just say the space a 4 year old could open the door the way they had it secured, and the rep. was justifying it while Had my life/Business in the 2nd unit post Irma! NO DEAL THERE THAT DAY. PLAN ON MOVING EVERYTHING OUT ASAP!
