Got my first storage unit today! This place is nice, clean and spacious, we took a tour before confirming the storage unit which was great! The managers was so helpful and nice she made everything so easy!
I've been to ALOT of storage facilities and this one is by far the cleanest, most organized, and the most secure storage facility. Andrea has been such an angel and her customer service has by far exceeded my expectations.
Five stars for the customer service here! The front desk team is professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point. No hidden fees or 'salesy' pressure--just honest advice and a very quick check-in process. The facility is well-maintained, but it's the helpful staff that really sets this place apart.
