The roof and gutter work was top notch, but there were several long delays. Some of the delays were caused by the insurance company and some by the shortage of building supplies, but some were caused by Lightning Restoration. When my initial salesman left the company there was a lack of communication and action on the handoff of my contract. I worked with Lightning Restoration to have them replace my roof last year and the roof replacement process went great. Since then I have had nothing but issues. When the ice melted this spring we noticed a leak coming through the roof and reached out to have it looked at. I texted the sales rep that I worked with and was informed he was no longer with the company which was fine but then was left hanging without anyone to help me. I asked if I could have someone come out and look at the issue with the roof since it was ruini... read more
