I literally cannot say enough great things about Ida! She has truly made my experience, customized and pleasant! Since she has taken over the Briargate location, there has been a total shift in Customer Service. I truly feel like I’m getting high-end service every time I go. She listens to my needs and makes compelling recommendations! She is extremely professional yet personable!
