I've been trying for weeks just to make an appointment. I've never had such an issue trying to book botox.You have two appointments the entire month?That's crazy. Of course, you took my money already. You were supposed to call me back to let me know when you had available appointments. Never received that call. I've had to call two separate times just to be placed on hold and then leave a message today alone. Horrible experience.I would never recommend you to anybody
On the first initial meeting Ida informed me that I would see little to no improvement. She was trying to get me to upgrade their services and pay a lot more. I had received a Groupon for this laser Lipo treatment and was excited to do the eight sessions. Needless to say I was disappointed with her initial information. I have had five different technicians and each one of them does the procedure differently. I feel like the manager needs to train them to all do it the same way.
Corporate trainers, and manager are extremely toxic. They talk to clients about current and past staff. Instead of cancelling services when they ran out of product and tips for the Hydrafacial, water was put in one of the steps for machine and tried to reuse tips on other clients. Completely unethical practices. They care more about money than the clients. Do not go to this med spa. Please go to a dermatologist office instead of this place. The new manager has done nothing to keep the relationship alive with light Rx. I have been with light rx for 2 years and they recently just changed managers and I am not impressed with her.
Beauty Salon should be relaxing and enjoy treating yourself. I want thr owner to visit this run down mall where no one buys anything and uses for indoor walking spot Then lay down on your chairs and stare at the nasty water stained ceiling tiles in your cold rooms.....are you that cheap you can't provide a warming blanket? All the employees were very nice I didn't get much info on what to do what not to do after my treatments but I am still doing some treatments I was trying to get information on another service that you offered and it was kind of hard to get info I was just told the price but it was something I was very interested in and was considering doing
