I too was scammed by this business. I paid $2500. hoping to lose some belly fat. I wet thru all the treatments over a 3 month period. This was at the ********************** location. This company is a joke and their business model is to scam people. They do not deserve a star. I have had to fight for months to get money back for canceled services after terrible experiences with the Water Tower location and then the *********** location. I paid alot of money for injections that I did not get, I got something else in my face and then was not refunded the difference. I switched locations and it only got worse. She cancelled her membership in April and came back in July for injections. She was informed she had to pay full price for injections since she cancelled her membership and got very upset. After my car accident and suffering a brain injury, i felt self conscious about my body and was talked into getting the Venus/Bliss ******* pretty easily. Asking to fix my portal about my payment. I asked to cancel the facial treatments because it was a bad dream for me. My face got burnt from treatments. It should be only the lipo treatments in my account. The manager told me she already reached out them to closed the payment and it should donein 24 hrs. It was last month. Light RX ***********, ** (stone oak) is a joke. Not once did they ever disclose any cancellation or rescheduling fees. Ive been coming here for a good year now and with every facial my face never improved! It just looks more burnt and scarred than ever before. They will overcharge you for treatments because they are thieves. Treatments that dont work.
