I’m currently getting laser hair removal in two locations: bikini and lip. I am very happy with results of my bikini with only two treatments so far. Wearing bikini bottoms was getting very stressful as shaving just wasn’t doing the trick for me anymore. I was experiencing lots of irritation and extremely quick hair regrowth. I have definitely had a better result elsewhere and I'm not impressed that they run deals for new patients but don't honor any discounts to returning patients.

The young women in your office seem to be very confident very well-versed in their jobs. They all seem to have a specialty and they’re always courteous well dressed and groomed. It’s a pleasure to come to the office they greet you smiling and are always happy when I see you And won’t let you leave without a goodbye.

The middle of my forehead and beside my eyes looks great but there are still several wrinkles above my eyebrows that don’t blend. My sister told me it looks like I have horns above my eyebrows. It’s very uneven across my forehead. I made another appointment for this week. I am going out of town and I need this fixed before I go. I know you can only do so much with the amount of units I purchased (33) but it should be even across my forehead.

I purchased a groupon. Fine print read "1 per person per service." I priorly redeemed a groupon earlier in the year. I went to redeem, (had to schedule an appt. to even schedule bc you can't talk to anyone directly,) they then say only 1 groupon EVER. This was not described. Refunded credit only and couldnt get my money back. I talked to the scheduler that this was poor wording and she said she told people before but she doesn't own the company.

I spent over $4600 to try to get my belly flatter. I made this known at the get-go that that was my main concern. I did not end up with the results I was told and I see very little difference and I’m very disappointed. $4600 is a lot of money. Now I will say the girls were nice and they did their job I think but once I was done, I was not happy and then I found out there is a weight loss pen that would’ve been much easier and more effective on what I was looking for. Experience is inconsistent. Paddles never placed in same general area. Started with two straps securing paddles, ended in one where the paddles fell out of place during session. Straps were worn and ratty. Cleaning of paddles post treatment vary from operator to operator. Results were negligible when following the water and exercise instruction. Whole experience feels like snake oil. I would not recommend the laser lipo service to anyone and feel it was a waste of money and the 4 hours total treatment time plus travel time... read more
