The whole experience has been great. Staff is super friendly. I’m always greeted by name and with smiles. Kim is awesome and my tech, Blthye( hope I spelled it right) I love her beyond measure. She has made this the best experience. I look forward to my weekly appointments, I don’t know what I’ll do when my session ends. I’ll have to find something else to work on.

Blythe is a wonderful technician. She explains the procedure clearly and makes every attempt to keep you comfortable. She is very professional in the way she speaks to clients (doesn’t use high school slang) but also has a warm personality and easy going manner that puts you at ease. She answers any questions you may have and is not constantly trying to sell you another product. I enjoy our sessions.

I had to schedule a consultation to use the Groupon that I purchased. It took a week to get the appointment. I was then advised that I could not use the groupon because I had used a groupon with them previously. Therefore to contact Groupon for a refund. Per Groupon, my window of cancelation had already ended and I could only receive site credit. Please be aware of this provider when using Groupons.

I came in with a Groupon for 40 units of Botox. As soon as I arrived, I felt like I was rushed to get in the chair and to get out like I was wasting her time. Any other place that I went for Botox I am sat down and discussed what results I am looking for and they take pictures. A marker is used on your face where the Botox will be administered. All was well. The push to purchase above what i purchased on Groupon was evident but thats what they do. I purchased a good amount but had to go back for a much needed touch up. I think some of it was put in places that i didn't care abt instead of putting it where i really wanted it. Ive been getting botox off and on for 20 years. Im not thrilled with the results. I can still move my forehead and my 11 lines a lot and my mouth lines look the same as they did. I bought 60 units and got a touch up.....

It was waste of nearly $3K. No significant change in belly fat after following instructions and 6 months of visits. Get liposuction instead for about the same on sale. Less than 2 hrs your done vs 6 months of nothing!
