Terrible experience. I purchased 10 full body laser hair removal treatments and I’m over 6 in and see no hair decrease at all. I have had burns on my skin from the laser and techs not knowing what they’re doing. I experienced excruciating pain and the techs would get an irritated and say it can’t hurt that bad. I was supposed to get a call from someone In corporate a month ago and still have not been contacted. Very unprofessional. Waste of time and money
Scam, joke. I’d leave 0 stars if I could. They kept pushing me to buy more products/services but I saw absolutely no improvement with the services I was getting so I didn’t buy more. Worst $4000 I’ve spent. Absolutely no improvement at all. How can they sleep at night knowing they lie to people to get their money.
Very frustrating! I brought a Brazilian laser hair removal package I attended 1 session which was very uncomfortable ( no calming music offered, no numbing gel or cream offered) even the machine used is very uncomfortable the handheld piece used for my Brazilian laser hair removal was overly big and misshaped making it nearly impossible for the Aesthetician To target one specific area. Waste of money! Did nothing. Office is cold and they offer no coverage 90% of the time. Also, all they speak to you about the entire time is all the other services you should be buying to make you look better! Thanks for making me feel worse!
I purchased an IPL treatment and went to redeem the services yesterday. When I came in, the door was locked, so I proceeded to call the establishment to get someone to open the door for me. The individual that came up to open the door and was very unwelcoming. I walked in, and after less than 5 minutes she asked me to proceed to start the treatment. I financed 4 treatments of coolsculpture in February 2020 at the Naperville, IL location. I got 2/4 treatments. COVID hit. In July I decided I didn’t want to do the last 2 treatments. I filed a refund request form July 20, 2020. According to staff, because of COVID, it could take up to 90 days for the refund request to be processed. 60 days in I called the location to check in. I have burns on both inner thighs and both arms from treatments which were only 2. My Cardiologist called their office to inform them that I was NOT a candidate for their services and must cease treatment immediately. LightRXs financing company insist I pay for treatments I have NOT done as it poses a risk and danger to my health. After the second treatment I had a heart attack that was induced by their treatment.
I used their services for laser lipo and I was happy. I purchased a cool sculpting package that I did not use at all. Did not attend the appointment for it, even have proof of this. I did not use the service because I am now pregnant. I was told the refund for $948 would take 30-60 days. I’m 49. days in. This is day 49. No refund. If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a ScluptSure treatment under the impression I was purchasing something different as the lady did not explain the product to me properly. Not even 24 hours after I purchased it, I called to get a refund because I was sold something that I didn’t understand completely.
