I was at Lincoln Meadows for rehab for my right hip replacement. It was such a good experience. From the Nurses to the CNA's and PT, you couldn't ask for anything more. They treated me with respect and kindness. The Facility was clean and smelled pleasant. I highly recommend Lincoln Meadows Care Center.

My mom had a recent day at Lincoln Meadows for 2 two weeks after having her hip replaced this place has definitely improved since my grandmother was here four years ago and it wasn't as good. Glad to see that they have new ownership and better management. The staff who work over at this location are great. All the CNA's were super friendly, very helpful med tax physical therapy. At first, I was skeptical in admitting my mother-in-law here in this facility based on the reviews. She's 87 years old and was admitted for a pelvis fracture and more importantly just to rehabilitate her to learn how to get out of bed and to walk with a walker. I don't generally write reviews, but this place deserves a great recommendation. I must have contacted them at least 5 to 10 times in that week that she was there, and there was not one single time where they were not courteous on the phone and helpful. I am currently staying at this facility. The care I have received has been extremely kind, helpful, understanding the CNA's are very attentive to my needs sometimes at shift changes or busy times of the day there is a short wait, but that's to be expected anywhere. I have had experiences with my mother at several other facilities that have definitely lacked in many areas. The people who work here are kind and caring. Unfortunately also overworked. My husband was here for 2 weeks and I'm very grateful that I had somewhere close by that could care for him during his difficult time. The food left a lot to be desired but I often supplemented. I wish the PT patients were separated a little more from the residents because sometimes the hallways were loud. Bless their hearts. There was an outside garden to sit in the sun which was very nice.

Looking for a great facility to place your loved one for short term rehab? This is the place to be. The facility is undergoing beautiful renovations at this time and so far, its beautiful. The facility is clean, doesn't smell and the staff is amazing. They provide the most loving and caring treatment you can ask for. This place has improved tremendously! I'd give them 10 stars, if I could! My grandfather stayed here years ago, and as with any nursing home experience, it wasn't something I'd want to do again. I've recently returned for a different reason, and I'm happy to share that my experience was a complete 180. It's almost like they've upgraded and fixed everything I could possibly complain about before. Even the rooms are recently remodeled.
