This place has improved tremendously! I'd give them 10 stars, if I could! My grandfather stayed here years ago, and as with any nursing home experience, it wasn't something I'd want to do again. I've recently returned for a different reason, and I'm happy to share that my experience was a complete 180. It's almost like they've upgraded and fixed everything I could possibly complain about before. Even the rooms are recently remodeled. Just wanted to share that I gave the care center a call the other day and a young lady, I think her name was Jessica helped me out on the phone and she was just so helpful. She answered all the questions i needed. Loved her!

As a nurse who's worked at this facility before and has had loved ones be patients at this facility, I highly recommend it. They provide top notch care around the clock and have an excellent rehab department. The administrator and management staff are always available to assist with any needs that arise. The facility is beautiful and spacious and the staff is highly qualified and trained well. You or your loved one will be in great hands at Lincoln Meadows. I toured Lincoln Meadows Care Center and was greeted by receptionist Jessica who gave me a tour. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. After touring other local facilities we decided to choose Lincoln Meadows. Also the admissions team answered all of our questions and concerns.

just visited my grandma who is there for long term care. she's happy, well groomed and seems to be a popular resident. i was happy with how the staff knew who she was and how much they seem to adore my grandma. it makes me feel good knowing there are people who care. especially since all we hear are bad reviews. I love that they are bilingual, and a big thanks to Claudia Russell she's been an amazing help throughout this transition for my abuelita

Lincoln meadows is a beautiful facility, I have seen many other skilled nursing communities and they just don't compare.. The team at Lincoln meadows goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their patients and staff. Love the location in the heart of Lincoln.. Highly recommend

My father in law was repeatedly telling staff that he could not breathe. His daughter was called and told that staff could not calm him down. By the time she arrived, he had called 911 himself from his cell phone because he was still struggling to breathe. What made the situation worse was that a staff member told his daughter that she had spoken with a director and that he would not be welcome back if he left by ambulance because of the way he was acting and because he had called 911 himself.
