My husband and I worked with Linda Brandt for the purchase of our first home and later with refinancing our loan. When rates were considerably lower than when we had first bought, she contacted us to let us know. We first checked another mortgage company to be able to compare. Linda was a pleasure to work with! She made this process (which can be stressful) very easy. Her knowledge and attention to detail allowed me to feel comfortable with every decision I had to make. Her kindness and calmness helped in keeping me calm and relaxed. Linda is incredibly helpful, considerate and ultra-responsive. There was never a time where we went more than a few hours without hearing back from her or someone on her team. She was able to walk us through the process of getting a mortgage for our new home before we had sold our current home and made something fairly complex be almost easy to understand. ??We are very grateful to our realtor for recommending her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to our friends and family in the future. Linda assisted me in purchasing a loan on my new home in 12/2015. She was very responsive and helpful during that process. Recently, however, she impressed me even more by reaching out to me to explore the possibility of refinancing my loan.
