I have been going to Dr. Massod for quite some time now. Always professional there and does a great job for me and the whole family. I also had to change dental insurance quite a few times and it was always acceptable. Thank you for that.
I had a great experience with Dr Massod ! love the teamwork at this office . Tammy is so knowlegable about everything code and billing and was great with the insurance companies . She is a breath of fresh air when you enter the office. Dawn assists Dr Massod with gentle expertise and I felt confident and safe. Thanks everyone.
Receptionist has poor customer service skills. There is no need for a routine cleaning with exam to be more than an hour long.
For once I was not too happy as I had to wait for more than half hour before I was seen. Would I have been warned in advance it would had been fine but it was not the case.
I will be looking for a new Dentist for 2013. I have felt this way after the last couple of appointments and keep giving Dr. Massoud another chance but after the comments she made to me yesterday I feel I need to find someone new.
