The entire process start to finish was very easy... almost too easy! I was shocked by how little I needed to do or provide - I assume there was a lot of work happening behind the scenes but there was virtually no legwork on my end. It was so easy that it blew me away! The only part of the process that I wasn't 100% satisfied with was the rate. I was being quoted a rate 3/8 lower by multiple lenders. I love Linda Zaiss. I have worked with her twice before with great transactions. She is always easy to get a hold of and to call back with answers. But from there things fell apart. We had a team of 3. They did not communicate with each other and we often got emails wanting information we had already sent to one of the other three. My closing paperwork was wrong so I had to wire an extra $2k last minute and my payment was more than expected because of it. Overall not a great experience.
