Has a leak at night and they came right out and came back the next day with parts to fix it at no charge

Jennifer in customer service was outstanding at explaining everything and getting things set up for the tank install. The set technician (Josh) was very friendly and professional and super efficient with the set up. He was also very prompt at the delivery timing stated.
