Lindsay should honor the delivery dates THEY COMMUNICATE TO CUSTOMERS. They got my car Dec 22nd and said it would be ready Jan 2nd. Now they send me an email stating it wont be ready until Jan 18th?! This is the 2nd time in as many repairs that this same shop had the same car, promised me a delivery date and kept moving the date back, over and over again. An organization's word is their bond. It is a sign of their integrity and professionalism. In the instant case, you cannot believe what Lindsay says, period.
