Best place to have your car repaired. Staff was professional, kept me informed all the way. Rich Jenkins went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work they did. I would not hesitate going back to them, awesome experience!
I went in to have my car looked at and they hadn’t received the paperwork from my insurance company. I made a call to my insurance company they submitted the paperwork to them I verified that they have received it and everything was good to go however the people behind the desk couldn’t be bothered to step out and give me an estimate as I had already driven 25 minutes there and I was asked to come back next week so they could look at my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle that had about a 2-3 inch scratch. I was told 3 days MAX. Long story short. It’s been 7 days, I still don’t have my car. went to pick it up and it’s an absolute disaster: over spray all over my vehicle, paint drips and lines, WHITE PAINT ON MY BLACK LEATHER SEATS and inside my door which is also black. They were okay with returning it to us like that!!! I still don’t have my vehicle and I am so beyond disappointed with this. I recommend anywhere else

I was never updated on my car. The only time I was updated was when I called multiple times in a day. I was told they would have my car 6-7 business days and they had it for 3 weeks. When I received my car it still wasn’t completely done. My door wasn’t put back on correctly so it whistles when I drive over 50 mph. The staff act like they hate their job and really don’t want to be there so they are not motivated to do literally anything at all.

The worse body shop I’ve ever had to deal with. I am now back for the 5th time total since they’ve “fixed” my vehicle due to problems. All they’ve done is try to make excuses for the problems or have no answers for them. They couldn’t even explain how one of their techs hit something in my vehicle and didn’t even bother trying to fix it before they called me to get the vehicle. Going forward my business will be going elsewhere and I strongly recommend that everyone else do the same.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY ARE THIEF'S!!! I was in an accident, Geico advised my car be fixed there. Although they did a great job in replacing my windshield, they also exchanged my side view drivers side mirror (which had no damage nor was it on the receipt of being replaced) I would have never even thought to look, but this morning when i started my car it didn't defrost so i looked at it and realized it is completely different then the passenger one, had my family look at it and they also advised it was changed ... read more
