Positive Experience Lindsay was presented to me very early on in the process and stuck with me through the entirety of the application and funding process! It was an excellent experience. This process was very easy for me. The loan officer gave me a list of items that she needed from me and gave me the time to assemble them. Previously, I tried to do a refinance but didn't have the time needed to assemble the documents. My situation was very tight with working full time and being a caregiver full time. I was stressed and just didn't have a lot of time. This process was so much more relaxed and she gave me the time that I needed.

So easy id refinance again today I dreaded going through the refi process after hearing horror stories from friends & then when i was assigned Lindsey I knew it was going to be a terrific experience, because all Lindseys are terrific (note Im also a Lindsey) all jokes aside she made it seamless and I never felt asking a question was bothering her. WOW! SO QUICK AND EASY!! LNDSAY WAS A COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL- Was aware of my work hours and politely worked around my schedule. 3 weeks from application and refinance- with an unbelievable low rate. Now is definitely the time to take advantage of these record low refinancing rates.
