Best experience anyone can ask for! I started with Lindsay around April or May inquiring about getting help refinancing my dads house out of an ARM that he was in. As she looked into it he was qualified for a VA loan. She was so patient as we had alot of bumps on the road to this completion. Great Lender Lindsay Janku knows her stuff. She was quick and precise and friendly. Good Job. Thank you. The Appraiser lagged and he missed our first appointment, and I had to call to reset. He also improvised with a different photo of my office. The Notary was unfriendly and pushed to sign quickly. When I had a question on the paperwork, he said, "You have three days to review this." You may want to look into local Title companies for your clients.

Excellent Job with a Great Personality! I was looking to do a cash-out refinance through a potentially difficult circumstance.
