Great Refinance Experience The process was very smooth and easy. Communication from the Lender was was very good. The App was great to keep apprised of the status and to download documents to.

Was good but.... The process was very easy until the end. Lindsey was nice and friendly. The only downside was the funding. I didn't know the checks would come to me instead of being paid directly. I had to take a half a day off work to be home when they arrived. Then I had to go spend $102 to overnight my payoff on one account so it wouldn't be late on top of paying $28.75 per letter for the other 11 at the post office. I was not happy about this part at all.
