My husband looked at a bedroom suite for our daughter who was moving out on her own to Destin. He wanted me to go look at it, he was told they would hold it, but we came back the next day they had sold it. If you would have purchased from the competitor you would have actually paid a little more and been stuck with a mirror that you did not want. We have attached a screen shot of the nightstands that are $228.95 each. So $697 + $457.90 = $1154.90 - 10% discount = $1039.41. We charged you $998 for a queen bed, dresser, and 2 nightstands. I bought two balcony chairs yesterday and the salesman quoted me $329 per chair. I got home and realized the written $329 amount on the sales ticket was changed to $399. I called today and was told the amount was $399 and the store manager would not honor what I was quoted and the price written on the invoice. I was told the assembly charge that was never mentioned was waived. Not good business!
Place has over priced garbage, employees worst thing about it, wont go back.
Very poor products, no help with fixing things, spent thousands here and going to have to replace long before necessary....won't ever purchase again..
I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Walked around for over 20 minutes while being completely ignored by multiple associates. One nearly ran me over and kept going. Their excuse was, “We’re covered up.” Really?!?
Relocated to Bay County and purchased a queen bed, memory foam mattress, couch and recliner. A year later my son relocated to Bay County and he too purchased beds and mattresses from Lindsey's. After a few years the finish on my recliner began to peel and crack. I went to see Johnny Gwyn the General Manager for help. Since I could not provide my receipt Johnny said he could do nothing.
